```text COLOR BUILDS — PRODUCT-SPECIFIC LICENSE TERMS

1. Permitted use

The purchaser receives a non-exclusive license to use and modify Space Studio’s original Color Builds files in their UEFN projects, including monetized Fortnite islands, subject to Epic Games’ applicable terms.

1. Team access

Files may be shared with collaborators solely to work on the purchaser’s licensed projects. Collaborators must obtain their own license before reusing the product in separate projects.

1. Redistribution restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, give away or sublicense the product’s source files, materials or modified versions as standalone assets, templates or competing products. These restrictions do not prevent publishing your island through Fortnite.

1. Ownership

Purchasing grants usage rights, not ownership of the product. Rights to Space Studio’s original contributions remain with Space Studio. Epic Games assets and other third-party content remain subject to their respective licenses.

1. General terms

These conditions supplement Space Studio’s general license and store terms. Nothing in these conditions limits mandatory consumer rights. ```
